Getting Started

RestoQR is a restaurant operating system: QR ordering, kitchen display, counter POS, inventory and GST billing in one system.

What each RestoQR screen looks like, who signs in where, and what each one is for.

The life of an order from QR scan (or till tap) to a settled bill and a cleared table.

Scan → order → approve → cook → serve → settle. Why every QR order waits for a human yes.

What your guests see from scan to payment — useful when answering "how do I order?" at a table.

New, Accepted, Preparing, Ready, Served, Closed — plus Cancelled and Rejected. What each status means and who moves it.

Full-bleed ticket screen: Start → Ready, ageing timers, station routing and the bar display.

The KDS is empty or stuck — work through these checks in order.

When KOTs print, what is on them, and how the till, KDS and printer stay in sync.

Got an invite email? Here is how to set your password and sign in for the first time.

"Could not sign in", sessions that expire, wrong screen — get back in without resetting anything.

A screen says your role doesn't include it. What that means, who can change it, and why it is not a bug.

There is no self-service password reset yet — here is the honest, safe path for each kind of account.
