KOT printing (kitchen tickets)

When a KOT prints

• Accepting a QR order at the till sends it to the kitchen and prints the KOT in one action.
• Send to kitchen for a dine-in till order prints the ticket for that round.
• A reprint can be triggered from the order (staff action) or the print spool.

What is on the ticket

Table/order number, items with quantities, variants, add-ons and the guest's notes ("no onion"), and the time — formatted for the device's paper width. The receipt footer from Settings → Branding prints on receipts.

KDS and paper are independent

The kitchen display works even if the printer is down, and vice versa. If paper stops but the KDS lives, service continues — fix the printer without stopping the pass (Printer is not working).
