What is RestoQR?
RestoQR is a restaurant operating system: QR ordering, kitchen display, counter POS, inventory and GST billing in one system.
In one paragraph
RestoQR connects the four screens a restaurant runs every service: the guest phone (scan the table QR, browse the menu, order, pay), the kitchen display (live tickets that age visibly), the counter till (the cashier's POS — sales, payments, collections) and the admin console (menu, tables, staff, inventory, billing and reports for the owner and manager).
One order record is read by all four. When a guest orders from the table, the kitchen sees it immediately, the till gets it for approval, stock deducts itself on the way, and the bill settles as one — however many rounds the table ordered.
What you can do with it
- Let guests order from their own phone by scanning a QR code on the table — no app, no sign-up.
- Approve every QR order at the till before the kitchen fires it.
- Run a touchscreen counter till: walk-in sales, table orders, cash/UPI/card/wallet payments, change due shown large.
- Print kitchen tickets (KOTs) on thermal printers and reprint failed jobs.
- Track stock in base units (grams, ml, pieces…), deduct it automatically per recipe, and log wastage.
- Bill with GST and service charge, take payment at the counter, and close the shift with a settlement report.
- Manage staff with roles and fine-grained permissions.
- Take online payments through Razorpay (configured per restaurant).
