Print jobs and reprints

The print spool shows every job — queued, failed, done — and lets you reprint.

The spool

Admin console → Printers → Print jobs tab. Every KOT/receipt job is listed with its status; the stats strip counts Printers, Offline, Failed jobs, Queued. The spool is the source of truth for what printed and what did not.

Reprint a failed job

  1. Find the failed job in the list.
  2. Press reprint — "Reprint queued"; the job goes back through the spool to the device.
  3. If it fails again, the device or agent is the problem — Printer is not working.
