Accept or reject an order

Accept

   Counter POS — the approval queue pops up full-screen; or admin console → Orders → the order row.

   Press Accept. The order goes to the kitchen and the KOT prints in one action.

   Stock for its recipe lines deducts at this moment — not before.

Reject

1. 1
   Press Reject and enter the reason.

   The reason is stored in the audit trail and shown to the guest on their tracking page.

Rejecting is only for orders that have not been accepted yet. Once an order is in the kitchen, use Cancel instead.
