Recipes: make orders deduct stock

The rule

Stock deducts for an order only when (1) the order is accepted, and (2) its menu items have recipe lines. The Recipes modal says it outright: "Accepted POS and QR orders deduct these quantities automatically."

Add a recipe line

   Inventory → Recipes.

   Pick the menu item, the inventory item, the qty per sale and its unit (e.g. Paneer Tikka → tomatoes, 150 g).

   Add recipe line. Repeat per ingredient.

The bonus: auto 86

When any ingredient of a menu item hits zero, the item is auto-86'd on the guest menu and comes back when you refill — see Sold out. Low stock (at the threshold) raises a staff alert instead.
