Print the table QR sheet

Download the A4 QR sheet PDF and put a code on every table.

Download and print

  1. Admin console → Tables → QR sheet (PDF).
  2. A PDF downloads (table-qr-codes-<date>.pdf) — one code per table with its name.
  3. Print it, cut the codes, and place one on every table (laminating survives cleaning spray).

One thing to get right before printing

Careful

The QR codes point at the domain configured for your deployment (the guest-menu base URL on the server). If you ever move to a new domain, ask RestoQR to update it before printing a fresh sheet — codes printed for an old domain stop opening the menu. Existing printed codes keep working as long as the domain stays.

Verify

  1. Scan one code with your phone camera — the guest menu for that exact table should open (the table name appears in the menu header).
  2. Place a small test order and check it arrives at the till for approval — see How an order flows.
