   Tap items on the grid — each tap adds one; tap a cart line to change quantity or remove it.

   Search by name when the grid is long (press / to jump to search).

   Pick variants and add-ons on the item sheet, and add per-item notes for the kitchen.

Takeaway / walk-in — Complete sale

   Press Complete sale.

   The payment sheet opens — take the money (Take a payment).

   Change due is shown enormous after settlement — read it out, count it twice.

Dine-in — Send to kitchen

   Tap the table picker and choose the table (the picker only offers tables that are actually free — seating a walk-in on an occupied table is blocked on purpose).

   Press Send to kitchen — the KOT prints and the table's bill stays open.

   More rounds later? The table appears in To collect; further rounds join the same bill.

Fixing a mistake

• Wrong item in the cart → remove the line before sending; Clear empties the whole cart.
• Wrong order already sent to the kitchen → cancel it (Cancel an order) and re-key — the audit log keeps both, which is the point.
