The approval queue ("New orders")

QR orders wait for a human yes. How the queue behaves and why it interrupts you.

What it is

Every QR order lands here first — deliberately loud and full-screen, because a guest is sitting there watching a spinner. The card shows the items, the table, and how many seconds the guest has been waiting.

Your two buttons

  • Accept — sends the order to the kitchen and prints the KOT in one action.
  • Reject — asks for a reason, which is audited and shown to the guest.

Careful

An unaccepted order never reaches the kitchen. If the kitchen says "we got nothing", check this queue before anything else.
