Cash drawer and takings

Open the drawer without a sale, and check today's takings at your terminal before you hand over.

Open the drawer (no-sale)

Need the drawer open without a sale (making change, a refund of cash)? Press Drawer in the till header — it pops the drawer and logs a no-sale event.

Check your takings

  1. Press Takings in the till header.
  2. The sheet lists today's completed sales at this terminal and the cash expected in the drawer.
  3. Count the drawer against it before handover — differences are easiest explained now, not at close-out.
