Outlets and the outlet switcher

How multi-outlet restaurants work in RestoQR: the outlet switcher, pausing and resuming an outlet.

Every restaurant can have several outlets

An outlet is one physical location. Orders, tables, stock and bills all belong to an outlet. The admin console has an outlet switcher in the top bar — everything you see (orders, tables, inventory, billing) is scoped to the selected outlet.

Careful

If reports or orders look empty, check the outlet switcher first — you may be looking at the wrong location.

Adding or pausing an outlet

Adding a new outlet (and pausing a closed branch) is done by RestoQR on your account — contact us via Contact support and the outlet appears in your switcher. Nothing is deleted when an outlet is paused.
